By accessing or using HiRoomly's platform, mobile applications, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

HiRoomly provides a hospitality management platform that enables hotels, resorts, and guesthouses to offer digital services to their guests, including QR check-in, room service ordering, activity bookings, transfer requests, and real-time chat.

Our platform operates on a multi-tenant architecture, serving property managers, staff, and guests through role-based access.

Property managers must create an account to use HiRoomly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Guest accounts are created through QR check-in and are tied to the duration of the guest's stay. Guests agree to provide accurate information when using the platform.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use HiRoomly only for its intended purpose of hospitality management. You may not use the platform to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with other users' access, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

HiRoomly and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HiRoomly, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process and display your data as necessary to provide the service.

HiRoomly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or suitability of the platform.

In no event shall HiRoomly, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, and we will retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm our platform or other users.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Maldives, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
