Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with HiRoomly. Here's our refund policy.

Free Trial

All HiRoomly plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. If you choose not to continue after the trial period, your account will be automatically downgraded and no charges will apply.

Subscription Refunds

If you are not satisfied with HiRoomly, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans.

Refund requests made after the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

Yearly Plan Cancellation

If you cancel a yearly subscription before the end of the billing period, you will continue to have access until the end of your paid period. No partial refunds are issued for yearly plans after the 14-day refund window.

You may switch from a yearly plan to a monthly plan at the end of your current billing cycle.

Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will retain access to your current plan's features until then.

No refunds are issued for plan downgrades. The lower rate will apply from the next billing date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at hello@hiroomly.com with your account email and reason for the refund request.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.

Service Disruptions

In the event of extended service outages or platform issues caused by HiRoomly, we may offer service credits or prorated refunds at our discretion.

Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance and do not qualify for service credits.
